Little Naibor Camp

Little Naibor Camp, is located within the immediate vicinity of the main Naibor Camp, in the heart of the Maasai Mara.

We particularly like Little Naibor because it can be booked on an exclusive basis or used in conjunction with the main Naibor Camp and its facilities. This makes Little Naibor perfectly suited for small family groups looking for exclusivity in the Maasai Mara region.

Little Naibor is made up of two spacious, uniquely designed suites that are perfect for families. Each suite contains a double and a twin bedded room with their own bathrooms, inter-joined by a communal lounge and verandah area. Each of these stunning suites have their own private fire places and dining areas set up strategically located overlooking the hippo pods in theTalek River with complete privacy and spectacular views.

Year round game-viewing is very good and the camp is well-placed to catch the wildebeest migration. Because of its prime location inside the park, game drives are the primary activity.

Being inside the national park means that you are limited in terms of night drives and walks – you cannot be in the park after dark and walking is prohibited. In addition, the main Mara can get very busy and because the camp is not in a private concession they have no control over the number of vehicles at a sighting. That being said, both Naibor (including Little Naibor) and Rekero Camp across the river have expertly trained guides who do find a way to avoid the crowds, even in the busy summer months.

Overall we find this property charming, ideally suited for families and guaranteed great game viewing.
