The Singita brand is synonymous with the ultimate luxury safari experience. Singita Lebombo is situated in an exclusive 33,000-acre concession within the Northern Kruger at the border with Mozambique. This remote part of the internationally-renowned reserve offers a particularly strong sense of wilderness and exclusivity. The landscape is beautiful and far more mountainous than the central regions of the Kruger.
Singita Lebombo is an architectural wonder. The stunning public areas and fifteen individual suites hang like eagles’ nests on the rugged rock face, maximizing the breathtaking views over the bush and the Lebombo Mountains. Luxurious rooms are styled in light hues and natural fibers, and the open, spacious rooms include decks with outdoor showers and day beds. Bathing areas are separated from the sleeping area by a curtain creating an interesting expansive, indoor/outdoor space when open. There is a wonderful gift shop, swimming pool, spa and gym areas. The service standards and meals are excellent, as can be expected from a Singita property.
Although the game is not as prolific here as it is in the Sabi Sands, the openness and tranquility is very special. This is a great fit for guests looking for extreme luxury and exclusivity. We often recommend pairing Singita Lebombo or its sister property Singita Sweni with either Singita Ebony and Singita Boulders which are in the Sabi Sands.
