Rincon del Socorro

Rincón del Socorro blossoms as a sanctuary for both wildlife and conservation. In 1999, it became the operational base of Tompkins Conservation Foundation in the task of returning to Iberá its flora and fauna. Today it is the only accommodation immersed within Iberá National Park.

Rincón del Socorro is a former cattle ranch which has been thoughtfully converted into an eco-hotel and protected nature reserve, restored with the original habitats of marshes, grasslands and gallery forests. The estancia consists of a characterful main house with six warmly decorated rooms, two luxury houses with two rooms each and three small bungalows nearby, all with private bathrooms. There is also a library area and an outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploration.

Guests can enjoy outings to the wetlands on foot, horse, bicycle, vehicle or boat; all different but complimentary ways of experiencing the landscape and learning more about the local fauna.
