Rooms boast a fireplace, a private garden, and retractable windows that obscure the indoors from out. Each casa pavilion is topped with a living roof, that, depending on the season, bursts into blooms.

Otherwise, venture offsite for an expert-led tour of José Ignacio, visit sister property Estancia Vik for some horseback riding, or go wine touring deeper into the Maldonado Region.  

At Cielomar, savor grilled seafood, the restaurant’s fire-licked signature cuisine, and regional, three-course meals made from honest, locally sourced ingredients. Family-style dining is encouraged, but private moments can be enjoyed in the Parrillero dining room or on the terrace overlooking Playa Mansa.
