Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa
Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, is located on the northern tip of Mahe Island just north of Beau Vallon beach, a busy tourist area with good snorkeling and water sports nearby. We like that with 40 villas Hilton Northolme is one of the smaller resorts in the Seychelles and does not feel crowded.
The rooms are very spacious, with ocean views and dark wood. There is one main pool and plans to build several new villas with private pools. The food is good with several dining options including a large buffet restaurant and one fine-dining a la carte restaurant. There are other restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. In essence the Northolme is everything you would expect from a Hilton. The service and amenities are excellent and it is more than comfortable; but this is not going to be the most unique place you have ever stayed.
The biggest downside for us is the beach, which is small. While the hotel is quite close to the beautiful Beau Vallon beach it seems a shame to have a hotel on the water in the Seychelles without a spectacular beach!
It is a good choice for honeymooners and couples as not children under 13 are permitted.
