Today you’ll meet Lulu, a French woman who married into the Sasak community, who will share the rhythms of Dondon Village life with warmth and insight. You’ll see how rice is stored, tuak (palm wine) is made, crops are tended, and the traditional applications of local plants. She’ll also introduce you to women working their looms. Try your hand at weaving, then gather as a family for a homemade Sasak lunch.
