Visit the central market in the early morning and watch the vendors prepare for the day before the crowds arrive. Lose yourself in the city’s winding narrow alleyways, visit local workshops, or learn how to make your own handmade lantern with a local family. End your day with a steaming bowl of Cao Lau, a renowned local noodle specialty.
