Linyanti
The Linyanti area in northern Botswana is made up of large private concessions including Linyanti, Selinda, and Kwando. The area offers permanent channels, swamps, and rivers that make it feel similar to the Okavango Delta and result in excellent Big 5 game viewing without the crowds of Chobe. Due to ever changing tectonic movements, the Selinda waterway, which had been dry for over 20 years, is now flowing year round. This waterway connects Linyanti and Selinda to the Okavango Delta, creating new patterns of migration and wildlife behavior.
