Plan and book your trip

During our initial conversation, we’ll really get to know you. We want to know about your travel style, what makes you tick, and any special accommodations you might need. It’s an essential part of our process because we don’t have a catalog of trips to leaf through, nor do we copy-and-paste itineraries. Your Extraordinary Journey will be as unique as you.  

If we’re a good fit for one another, your Destination Specialist will begin distilling hundreds of options into a custom draft itinerary. Together, we’ll fine-tune the details until it is exactly right. With your deposit in hand, we’ll confirm the trip, securing accommodations, internal flights, and any necessary permits.

As you anticipate what’s to come, your dedicated Trip Coordinator quietly orchestrates the details. From visas to vaccinations and currency to packing lists, we’ll make sure you feel confident and prepared well in advance of departure. Before you leave, we’ll connect once again to walk through the trip and answer any lingering questions.

This is where the journey truly begins. And because even the best-planned trips evolve in real time, we’re with you every step of the way. 

A few days before departure, your in-destination Travel Concierge will introduce themselves on WhatsApp. Their support is never more than a quick message away, should you need it. If schedules need adjusting or plans need troubleshooting, we handle it discreetly. Did you leave something at your last camp? Need a restaurant recommendation? Flights delayed? We’ve got you covered.
