1
Perth
Arrive in Perth and check in at the Ritz-Carlton, where elegant guest rooms and suites overlook the river, skyline, and urban parks from floor-to-ceiling windows. Spend your afternoon unwinding—maybe with a swim in the rooftop pool or a stroll along the Swan River.
2
Perth
Start with a walk in Kings Park led by an Aboriginal guide who shares local history, and their knowledge of medicinal plants. Then head to Cottesloe Beach, one of Perth's best kept secrets and a popular spot for locals. Savor lunch overlooking the ocean before continuing to Fremantle, known for its marinas and architectural heritage. Enjoy a pint of local brew, maritime history, and a taste of Western Australia’s coastal culture.
3
Margaret River
Transfer to Margaret River where you’ll embark on the Cape to Cape Track. This incredible hiking and culinary experience pairs daily walks along stunning windswept coastline with fine wine, private chef dinners, and spa time. Your first walk takes you from Smiths Beach to Injidup. Swim in a hidden bay, sip a welcome drink at sunset, and unwind in your villa at Injidup Spa Retreat with a relaxed dinner.
4 to 6
Margaret River
Over the next three days, you’ll walk an average of 8 miles a day on the Cape to Cape Track. Pass iconic Sugarloaf Rock and surf breaks along the limestone coast, weave through a forest of towering karri trees, and witness the powerful waves of the Indian Ocean crashing against the Wilyabrup sea cliffs. In the afternoon and evenings, enjoy spa massages, private chef dinners, and guided wine tastings in the vineyards that dot the area.
7
Mary River
Today you’ll fly to Darwin and transfer to Bamurru Plains, a remote, luxury camp in the outback of Australia’s Northern Territory. Settle into your luxury tent overlooking the Mary River floodplain, where you’ll be greeted by the resident wallabies who can often be spotted hopping around the property. Relax poolside for the afternoon and gear up for two days on an Australian safari.
8 to 9
Mary River
Spend your days here on an airboat tour skimming over the floodplains, croc spotting by boat along rivers that wind through the forest, and rumbling through the forest on open-top wildlife drives, all punctuated by cocktails set to the region’s smoldering tangerine sunsets. Between excursions, relax in your breezy safari tent, take a short hike, or read a book by the lodge’s infinity pool. At night, share stories during communal dinners and watch the bush come alive from the hide.
10
The Kimberley
Board the True North Kimberley in Broome and set sail on a week-long cruise through the Kimberley, accessing places large ships can’t reach. This is one of Australia’s most remote and beautiful regions, marked by turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, towering red cliffs, and cascading waterfalls. Steam overnight to the Buccaneer Archipelago.
11 to 15
The Kimberley
Navigate remote rivers and skirt reef-fringed islands as you sail through the Kimberley. Ride the tide down Sale River, fish for barramundi, and explore Montgomery Reef as it rises dramatically from the sea. Visit King Cascade by boat, see ancient rock art, cruise the King George River and feel the force of its twin waterfalls, or fly to Eagle Falls for a picnic by chopper. End days of exploration with sunset drinks on secluded Islands and gourmet dinners on board.
16
Perth
Disembark the True North and fly back to Perth for a final night of city comfort and celebration. Check in at COMO The Treasury, a refined property set in one of the city’s most beautiful heritage buildings.
