Spend the day adjusting to Buenos Aires’ rhythms; take the kids to play at Plaza Francia, stroll the tree-lined streets of Recoleta, or rest up in your spacious rooms.

A good night’s sleep leaves your whole crew refreshed and ready for a day exploring Buenos Aires. Led by a private guide, venture between historic sites like Recoleta Cemetery and Plaza Mayo, sampling Argentine eats like choripan and ice cream along the way. Buenos Aires
Connect with Buenos Aires’ creative spirit on a day full of interactive class and workshops, starting with a hands-on Argentine cooking class led by a local chef. After learning how to craft Argentine’s beloved empanadas, set off on a family-friendly Buenos Aires street art tour through the Palermo neighborhood. Feeling inspired, now’s the perfect time to pause for a stencil workshop, where everyone comes up with their creations to share and take home.
4
Iguazú Falls
Start the day with a short flight from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls, trading the bustling city for the teeming rainforest. Fly in early to make time for a guided kayaking excursion on the Paraná River, or opt for a more leisurely arrival, checking in at the Pristine Iguazu jungle camp for pool play time or wandering forest trails in the company of tropical birds and butterflies.
5
Iguazú Falls
Spend the day getting up close with the woodlands and waterfalls of this wild corner of the world. After a 4x4 drive through the dense jungle to Puerto Macuco, climb into a motorboat to zip up the river on a heart-pounding ride to the front face of Iguazu Falls and the torrential Devil’s Throat cascade. Soaring through misty spray and careening through rapids, the journey illicit giggles and grins from kids and grown-ups alike. Later, you can recall these thrilling moments under a canopy of stars back at camp.
6
Bariloche
Fly south from Iguazu to Bariloche, an alpine-esque town framed by deep lakes and forested peaks. En-route to Llao Llao, your lakeside resort home for the next few days, your guide pauses to take you on a hidden hike through the forest to a secret viewpoint. Join the kids on a Patagonian scavenger hunt to learn about local flora and fauna and soak up the view over a steaming cup of mate and regional snacks.
7
Bariloche
Begin the morning out on the clear, quiet waters of Lake Moreno, kayaking under soaring peaks and watching the world wake up. After hopscotching along the shore for snack breaks and taking in the views, return to the hotel to rest up before dinner. Join in the revelry of a classic Patagonian asado barbecue outside under the stars, followed by a stargazing session led by an expert astronomer.

Bariloche
Make childhood dreams of living like a cowboy come true during a day at a traditional Argentine estancia. After the drive to Estancia Rancho Grande, choose to explore the estate on horseback or by foot. For lunch, experience one of Patagonia’s most unique culinary traditions, the curanto, where meat, seafood, and potatoes are cooked in an underground pit. The serene banks of the Limay River provide the perfect place to ramble after eating.
