La Digue Travel

La Digue has incredibly beautiful, isolated beaches, quaint shops and restaurants, colonial architecture and a slow, relaxed pace.

The island is the fourth largest in the Seychelles, but has a population of just 2,000 people. It is accessible from Praslin via ferry, boat, or helicopter, and has only a handful of cars. We recommend exploring by bike or on foot.

Huge smooth granite boulders frame a turquoise cove with white sand and calm water on La Digue.

Why visit La Digue?

We love La Digue as a day trip from nearby Praslin. For those who want to stay on La Digue, we recommend Le Domaine de l’ Orangeraie.
