Kidepo Valley – Bespoke Uganda Safari Itineraries

Known for its true remoteness, Kidepo Valley National Park is a pristine wilderness of savanna grasslands, stunning mountains and riverine landscapes.

Perennial running water in the Narus River makes Kidepo an oasis in the semi-desert. Kidepo is definitely off of the classic Uganda safari-circuit, due to its location in the far northern reaches of the country, but the sense of isolation once you arrive is quite a reward.

The only property we recommend to our travelers is Apoka Safari Lodge. Located atop of a picturesque kopje overlooking the Narus River Valley, Apoka is frequented by zebra, waterbuck, warthog, jackals, and buffalo.
