Keep It Moving: Support Elephant Conservation with EJ in Los Angeles, Extraordinary Journeys is teaming up once more with the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and The Enormous Elephant Run to sponsor the upcoming 2018 run.

What & Why:

A beginner’s 5k run to benefit elephant conservation efforts in Africa. The run is designed to bring awareness and much needed support to the conservation programs of The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. To really get in the spirit, don an elephant suit, tutu, or simply show up in your regular running gear.

Where:

The race will be held at the Crystal Springs Trail and Picnic Area at Griffith Park, Los Angeles. The run location of Griffith Park features an easy to navigate equestrian trail, through lush scenery of large trees and picturesque views that are perfectly suited for a morning 5K walk or run.

When:

Saturday, March 10, 2018. The race starts promptly at 9:00 AM. We’ll be setting off in waves with runners first, joggers next and walkers, families, and dog walkers last.
