The House of Waine is somewhat expensive for what you get, but the accommodation is nicely decorated, the main areas welcoming and pleasant, and the breakfast is delicious. The property grounds are lovely, with large flowering gardens and a pretty pool. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is quite British.

House of Waine is ideal for honeymooners, and the Kanini Room is perfect for families.

We use the property a lot as it is well-situated for access to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, AFEW Giraffe Centre, and shopping areas. You can also use the House of Waine as a day room when waiting for a connecting flight.
