This family-friendly lodge in India‘s Madhya Pradesh state sits surrounded by 11 acres of calming, sheltered forest and grassland, offering many rooms and villas with simple, comfortable rooms in a peaceful setting. Immersed by nature, Kanha Jungle Lodge has daily game drives to the nearby Kanha National Park which has a healthy Bengal tiger population. Other wildlife includes leopard, sloth bear, and gaur.

One of the best lodges in India for tiger viewing, this forest jungle camp is close to Kanha National Park with great wildlife experiences and comfortable accommodation in rooms and cottages. The lodge sits on the edge of the park, less than half a mile’s drive to the Mukki Gate entrance.

The lodge has 18 rooms and two independent deluxe cottages with private patios. All accommodations have calming forest views. The modern rooms are furnished with tasteful wooden pieces in the local village style. All rooms have reading lights, a writing desk, comfortable lounge chairs, and a large luggage rack. The farm-to-table restaurant serves Indian and continental dishes under a large, thatched roof. The daily set menu offers variety through themes such as ‘street food’, ‘local’, and ‘continental’.
