Cotopaxi Sanctuary Lodge

The Cotopaxi Sanctuary Lodge is a unique accommodation located at an altitude of 3600 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Sincholagua in front of the Cotopaxi volcano. Surrounded by grasslands, the Pita River and waterfalls, the property is in the middle of a private hacienda of more than 3,000 hectares of land where animals roam freely. The lodge has more than 10 kilometres of private trails for hiking, horseback riding, biking, or just walking to enjoy nature.

The Cotopaxi Sanctuary Lodge is a contemporary construction with wide social areas and a panoramic view of the Cotopaxi, Rumiñahui, Pasochoa and Sincholagua volcanoes. The main house has four suites of 43 square meters, all interconnected with floor-to-ceiling windows. There are also four domes of 50 square meters, all with a view of the Cotopaxi volcano. The suites and domes have double or twin beds and extra single beds with capacity for up to three guests. Additional amenities include a stove in each room, along with a desk, a seating area, and a large and elegant bathroom with a bathtub.
