Conveniently situated near the Arusha Airport, the Arusha Coffee Lodge is a working coffee plantation providing comfortable accommodation and all the conveniences of a hotel. The spacious and comfortably decorated wooden chalets are dotted amongst the coffee bushes and each has a balcony overlooking the coffee fields or the spectacular Mount Meru. The large deck and swimming pool are wonderful areas for guests to relax and the spa is a great source of rejuvenation after a long flight or safari. Arusha Coffee Lodge is known for its gourmet meals which can be enjoyed in the Garden under umbrellas or in the main Plantation House at Bacchus Restaurant or 3 Degrees South Cafe and Bistro.

We like to use Arusha Coffee Lodge especially when clients are flying out of Arusha Airport the next day, as it significantly reduces the morning transfer (only taking 10 minutes). We prefer the standard plantation rooms to the luxury suites, as we find them more tasteful, equally as comfortable, and less expensive. Guests don’t typically stay in Arusha for more than one night, as it is more of a stopover destination. But if you have the time and are interested, the Arusha Cultural Heritage Museum, a Coffee Plantation Tour, the Jifundishe Library Project and Shanga Beads are all nearby attractions.
