True to its name, Ancient Hue Garden House transports guests back in time to Hue’s imperial era, when the city was Vietnam‘s capital and seat of the Nguyen Dynasty. Set within manicured gardens in the village of Kim Long, close to the historic citadel, its five private garden houses were former residences of the noble and wealthy, giving guests a glimpse into the life of 1800s Vietnamese high society.
Lovingly preserved, each house pays homage to different facets of Vietnamese and Hue history and culture, like poetry and music. Feng Shui principles guided the property’s design, with dark wood pillars, lofty ceilings, tiled floors, and ample artwork creating a singular sense of time and place. Outdoor terraces face charming gardens with winding stone paths, ponds, and miniature bridges. With stand-alone units boasting one- and two-bedroom configurations, everyone from couples to families can savor the experience.
Expect the royal treatment during your stay at Ancient Hue Garden House. Step inside the palatial dining room at Kim Long Fine Dining for feasts fit for a king. Relax in the blissful tranquility of the gardens beside the heated pool, pamper yourself at the spa, and hop on one of the available bikes to head out into the city.
